This drill bit sharpener does a great job. Will save you money in the long run. I found it very easy to use after watching a couple of you tubes on this sharpener. A very sturdy build. Purchased it on a black friday special. Quick shipping. I have sharpened about 30 drill bits that I had lying around. So far nothing negative to say about this sharpener. Previously was using a drill doctor that was useless and ended up taking it to the dump. Did not even want to give the drill doctor to somebody.

This is worth every dollar you pay for makes all your bits like new and makes drilling in metal so much easier. Highly recommend this unit

Je suis très satisfait de cet achat. J'ai acheté cette machine parce que j'avais lu des commentaires positifs sur ses performances. Il faut un certain temps pour comprendre l'utilisation mais avec le mode d'emploi et les tutos sur You Tube, on y parvient facilement. Une fois compris, l'utilisation de la machine est très simple. Il faut environ 2 minutes pour aiguiser un foret. Le résultat est excellent. Le foret mange l'acier comme un neuf. Seul problème déjà signalé par plusieurs acheteurs, c'est l'absence d'un système de verrouillage du capot. J'en ai installé un moi-même. C'est assez facile. Sans cela, vous risquez de voir toutes les douilles voler par terre au moindre choc lors du transport de la machine. Assez étonnant pour une machine de ce prix et dont la finition et l'usinage sont par ailleurs excellents.

Four stars on the quality side only because some of the collets are dirty and it's best to inspect them all and make sure that they're clean. The unit is a beast. I don't know why anyone would ever buy a drill doctor ever again. If you need it, get the largest size of these so you can do up to 20 mm drills. Most of my stuff is up to half inch so I'm happy with this. Unit runs perfectly out of the box. Best to make sure you're keeping everything clean and evacuate grinding dust while sharpening. I might 3D print something to fit the housing so I can hit it with my Shop-Vac while I'm sharpening drill bits.

I have used a few cheap plastic type sharpeners and some steel ones. But this one takes all the guess work out and a sharp drill bit every time! Well built and I sharpened all my drills in the index up to 1/2" and the stone shows no wear at all. Highly recommend this!

Das Bohrerschärfgerät ist eine sehr feine Maschine für Leute, die es leider nicht gelernt haben, Spiralbohrer mit der Hand zu schärfen. Nach kurzer Einarbeitung in die Bedienung der Maschine und somit auch in die Thematik ansich, kann ich nun sehr schnell und unerwartet präzise meine 1001 stumpfen Bohrer schärfen. Ich kann diese Maschine wirklich empfehlen. Die Kaufabwicklung war top. Seriös, schnell - was will ich mehr?

A l'usage, il faut tâtonner avec un forêt usager pour se familiariser avec le réglage de la molette du diamètre du foret . Mais ensuite, le résultat de l'affutage est satisfaisant. Pareillement, le détalonnage du forêt nécessite un tâtonnement qui est pas facile pour trouver le bon réglage. Il reste que par rapport a l'affutage manuel à la meule du touret, le résultat est plus satisfaisant; car à la meule du touret, il est difficile d'affuter de façon symétrique sur les deux goujures. L'écart de prix entre l'affueuse 0-13 mm et 0-20 mm est conséquent. Mais je ne regrette pas mon achat, car le produit est de bonne contruction et aussi de bonne précision.
