The box it came in was really banged up- the motor was banged up pretty bad with paint chipped off. Will include pictures. I can’t really review the use or quality because we have t used it yet

Nettes Teil in solider Ausführung, aber mit Schwächen im Detail. Eine Umlenkrolle ist sehr unwichtig und das Band lässt sich bei diesem Aufbau - es gibt noch eine weitere Möglichkeit - nicht korrekt zentrieren. Ich habe mich im Rahmen der Garantie an Vevor gewendet und bin gespannt, wie das Problem - eindeutig ein Fertigungsfehler - göst wird.

Nach ein paar Tagen der Bestellung kam die Maschine in einer guten Verpackung an. Der Zusammenbau gestaltet sich einfach, ein kleiner Inbusschlüssel liegt bei. Alle Anschraubteile sind aus einem hochzähen Edelstahl gefertigt, die Rollen aus Alu. Beim Versuch, in die Schleif-Rückenplatte der 2-Rollen-Führung ein Gewinde für eine Halteschraube nachzurüsten, sind mit 4 Gewindeschneider abgebrochen - trotz sehr guter Schmierung und hochwertigem Co5 Werkzeug. Der VA-Stahl ist sehr zäh und lässt sich nur mit großer Mühe und Vorsicht bearbeiten! Und ich habe schon hunderte Gewinde in VA geschnitten. Die Steuerung funktioniert gut, es fehlt ein Schalter für Vor- und Rücklauf. Über das Frequenzumrichter-Menue kann man das einstellen (siehe repdata-forum.de), was aber einigermaßen umständlich ist. Die Steckverbindung zwischen Motor und Steuerung ist - sehr, sehr einfach - um es freundlich zu sagen. Der Bandlauf ist im Originalzustand brauchbar, unterscheidet sich aber zwischen Vor- und Rücklauf. Wären die Führungsrollen von Antrieb und 2-Rollen-Vorsatz ein wenig ballig, wäre er perfekt. Dies habe ich nachgerüstest mit ein paar Lagen schmalem Captonband mittig auf den Rollen - nun geht es. Die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit wird gut gehalten. Wünschenswert: wie gesagt: Schalter für die Drehrichtungsumkehr ordentlicher Stecker Motor - Frequenzumrichter ballige Führungsrollen. Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden, die Maschine arbeitet gut.

Die kleine Bandschleifmaschine läuft ruhig und sauber. Gute Verarbeitung. Das einzige ist, dass bei einem der Aufsätze eine scharfkantige Make ist und da hoffe ich, dass sich das nicht negativ aufs Schleifband auswirkt. Ich freue mich trotzdem auf das arbeiten mit dem kleinen Kraftpaket.

The steel locking bolt for the sliding tool bar pulled threads out of the aluminum slide block. I did not overtighten it but aluminum is soft. Vevor is sending the replacement parts under warranty, which is good, but it takes weeks to get the parts and this is a potential failure point on all grinders. If it happens again I will just drill and tap for a larger lock bolt. So just be careful when locking down the tool bar. I also had trouble figuring out reversing the rotation but finally found out the procedure. I have to go into program mode 5 and change the number on the display to either a "0" or a "1". Some models you just have to push and hold the "S" button. Other than that, I like it a lot and it is a nice addition to my shop.

I had bought this machine early in 2025, I loved it so much I bought 2 more, but after my first buy they were out of stock for a long time, but as soon as they came back in stock I ordered 2 more, my first deception was that they were $60 more expensive, but to my surprise when I tried them, my second deception was that the process to reverse the belt direction was modified, you could not anymore press a few seconds on the "S" button to reverse direction, you needed to enter the Program mode and make multiples selection to be able to reverse direction...that is a great deception and slows down my process...but the machines are great!

Bonjour, J'ai bien reçu la machine, dans des délais correctes. Mais il y a une pièce cassée, c'est la molette en plastique pour le réglage de la position de la bande. (photo jointe) Je l'ai installée mais pas encore testée. Elle me semble robuste et elle est très lourde, ce qui est bien pour la stabilité. Cordialement
