This unit is described in kg on the description instead of pounds. It is heavier than expected. The website lists returns are available however they make it difficult. They close the case, you contact chat, they send an email that they will respond and then crickets! If unopened returns are this difficult, I will never order from this company again.

The handle has some kind of inadequate method of keeping inline at the fold. The handle will not stay together for me to use the product. I''ve yet to jury rig some way to make sure it doesn't open. I think I';ll end up wrapping an ace bandage around the folding point, then possible duct-taping over the ace bandage to make sure that it is tight and leak proof as the vacuum works thru the handle. I'd have never bought this if I knew the handle could not be used as is.

Je déconseil l’achat, en magasin vous en avez pour 30 euros de plus mais cest fiable. De plus le SAV ne prend pas en charge, il vous renvoie des pieces de rechange a monter vous même. I bought this drywall sander and at the beginning it worked really well. However, after about 30 minutes of use the machine suddenly stopped and the motor would not run anymore. Customer service reviewed my description and the video I sent. They decided to send a spare part and expect me to replace the controller myself. The problem is that I already started a job and it needs to be finished. Waiting for parts and repairing the tool myself can take time and delays the work. For a tool that is supposed to be used professionally, reliability is very important. Based on my experience, I would suggest considering carefully whether this product can be trusted for daily work.
