This unit is described in kg on the description instead of pounds. It is heavier than expected. The website lists returns are available however they make it difficult. They close the case, you contact chat, they send an email that they will respond and then crickets! If unopened returns are this difficult, I will never order from this company again.

lallen_27511 I wondered why photos of people using this product showed someone with a folded handle. Now I know sadly.
The handle has some kind of inadequate method of keeping inline at the fold. The handle will not stay together for me to use the product. I''ve yet to jury rig some way to make sure it doesn't open. I think I';ll end up wrapping an ace bandage around the folding point, then possible duct-taping over the ace bandage to make sure that it is tight and leak proof as the vacuum works thru the handle.
I'd have never bought this if I knew the handle could not be used as is.
