Made few adjustments like instead of attaching screen to house I put in a wooden fence post and attached it to the post. But it works as it should and I'm pleased.

Works as advertised. Price was reasonable. Well made and reduces wind on my back porch. Really strong retractable system and forward installation. Recommended.

Great product. Weathered through a Toronto winter still looks new. Slightl stretching , fabric held fantastically even with the blizzard we had here. If I were to change anything I would offer more length an height options. Mine is about 4 ft short of what I needed 14 ft to latch pole an 6” too short.( I mounted it on my balcony. Overall fantastic good looking sturdy product. I have some great upscale marketing ideas for this one.

I bought this set up instead of going through the hassle of building a half covered patio and i love it! This worked out so much better. I went from having an open patio to being able to roll out the screens whenever we want shade or privacy which takes under a minute to switch between options. I absolutely love these and highly recommend them!

Got this as a hot tub privacy screen last year. Very sturdy and easy to use. Has held up very well to rain and wind. Would buy again.

It's a solid, retractable screen. The bolts are heavy duty and the fabric material feels rugged. Great for some added privacy.

Great product! We use it for added privacy around our hot tub. When not is use it doesn’t obstruct the view. When in use it is perfect for blocking the neighbors view of us in the tub. I had hoped if a little thicker fabric but all in all the perfect product for our needs. I would definitely recommend it.

Purchased two of these and installed on our deck at our cabin on the river. We have an awning that comes out 10ft and now for winter we can have almost a complete enclosure for chilly days and still be able to enjoy our deck. We have a couple propane heaters that will keep the area toasty warm but still be able to sit outside.

We purchased this side awning to use as solution to dividing a shared deck between two cabins on our small resort property. It works great for that and looks sharp. When guests rent both cabins we can open it and allow them the entire deck space. When separate guests rent the two adjoining cabins the divider can be pulled to give each group their own space and privacy. We've only had it for one season, but it has made it through the summer in great shape, and it looks like it'll last at least a few seasons. If it lasts 3 seasons I feel that replacing it at the cost is still a deal for the solution it provides.
