Jason Mathews Broke in 1 hour
I received the lathe and was very excited. The lathe was simple to put together and get right into the wood work I wanted to. I have used lathes before and very familiar with the operations and methods. The first hour of use I was making good progress on a project when I received an error message. I contacted the help desk to ask for resolutions. After 4-5 exchanges and me testring and 10+ days, I am told that they "Are happy to offeer free of charge" the circuit board they think is faulty. So I get to wait 10-15 more days before they can ship it, as the parts are on back order. So I have in fact bought a very solid paperweight. I had asked for a RMA and for the lathe to be replaced. Yet, I get to wait 2-3 more weeks before I get to be back to using the lathe. I highly do not recommend buy this lathe, as it failed within 1 hour of light duty work. Very disapointed, but it seems Vevor does not care what I think. You get what you pay for.
