J'ai acheté ce transformateur pour brancher un tuner américain à tubes sur le réseau 220 volts. Cela marche pendant un quart d'heures et après il n'y a plus de réception, juste un souffle. Du coup j'ai rebranché mon vieux transformateur 220 à 110 v fabriqué par la société Barral à Lodève il y a bien longtemps. Comme j'ai dépassé le délai de retour de 15 jours, je vais essayer de le vendre sur Le Bon Coin.

Arrived defective :(

Colis reçu fortement endommagé , il a fallu à plusieurs reprises envoyer les photos , pourtant suffisamment claires sur l état de l appareil . Après avoir insisté à plusieurs reprises au bout de 3 semaines !! Ma réclamation a été légitimement confirmée . Nouvel appareil reçu .

The order never arrived to me. They say it’s delivered I have no idea where. The second time this happens to me from VEVOR and GLS destribution

I am extremely disappointed with VEVOR. I purchased a machine for $149.08 that turned out to be underpowered for my professional requirements. Despite their advertised "30-day return policy," getting a return authorization has been a nightmare. I have been in a circular email chain for a week. Every time I request a return label for this like-new item, they reply with scripted "stalling" tactics: asking for videos/photos of a non-existent "defect," promising updates within 48 hours that never come, and trying to force "technical troubleshooting" for a product I simply want to return. They refuse to honor their "Satisfactory Solution" guarantee. I eventually had to file a formal dispute/chargeback with my bank because the merchant refused to provide a return address or label. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually stands behind their return policy.

I bought this unit by mistake,haven’t found a use for it yet.!

The product was advertised very well. I tried to get the company to send me a transformer with an EU/UK Cord/wall plug in immediately after purchase (as in less than 30 mins) as I will be using this there. I was assured my request had been sent to the appropriate department and the correct cord will be shipped with the transformer. The item was shipped without one. Upon receipt I contacted customer service and they were looking into it. I just found out that I will not be getting the one I requested and now returning the item has become a big headache; they will not send me a code and form to return the product. Do not buy their product unless you are sure that every i is dotted and every t crossed.
