I bought this as an addition to my off-grid solar setup. I definitely noticed a positive difference in regards to battery charging. Nicely picked up the slack on cloudy days when the panels weren't charging. I wish they had some sort of interface to tell how much power it is producing and had a separate tower kit to get it high enough. It was fairly easy to set up pretty plug and Play.

The bolts and nuts that came with are all not stainless steel. It basically likes glue if you put near magnets. Not for boat, coastal environments or outdoor for sure.

Nimaz 500W? No maybe 50W

So it says "500W", think of it more like 50W, if even that.
Been testing this now a few months after I bought the turbine due to finding a pole to mount the thing on and with 10-12m/s winds this thing produces maybe 50W at it's best.
This is in the archipelago standing on a peer facing open water.
On the otherhand this is the first cheap turbine that is producing anything for me, so that's why it gets a extra star, but be aware that you can deduct the power figure by a factor of 10 or more and you'll have a more realistic output

I like vevor from past purchases, but this one is a disappointment. I followed all directions but this generator does not work for me. Plus, I have found that the generator is drawing power from my battery bank. There should be a diode in the controller to keep it from back feeding power from the battery. I am very displeased with this purchase.
