Winturbine didn't last a year: windturbine's coil was broken.

I bought this as an addition to my off-grid solar setup. I definitely noticed a positive difference in regards to battery charging. Nicely picked up the slack on cloudy days when the panels weren't charging. I wish they had some sort of interface to tell how much power it is producing and had a separate tower kit to get it high enough. It was fairly easy to set up pretty plug and Play.

Arrived in shambles was very disappointing to me as wanted to get that running never the courier it up and blades were bent up in nthe crate from (they arw weighted and required serious care and handling) package roughly which damaged the delicate components and gearing.... maahing the box uo in the courier van! I want to buy a more powerful one since the one I ordered was messed up, maybe today but keep this in mind have to spend about around $1000 in total to make this thing work properly make this run and run power youll need a 30 foot poll (up to/or atleat) that much s d motd wiring g s chatgd controller an inverter s battery fuses vstyery disconnect etc... becomes very expensive! You've been warned!

Extremely disappointed with my experience with this company and their quality control or lack there of. I ordered a 500w wind generator. It came with multiple chips on the unit. I sent pictures and asked for an exchange as this unit came in the box with these chips out of the paint. They decided that they would not replace or exchange the unit. The said I should go buy some metal spray paint to cover up the issues. Are you kidding me. I just bought a brand new wind generator and you are suggesting I should go get paint and touch up the damaged areas. Totally Unacceptable. Total disappointment. I will not be purchasing anything in the future from this company. Do better Vevor.

So it says "500W", think of it more like 50W, if even that. Been testing this now a few months after I bought the turbine due to finding a pole to mount the thing on and with 10-12m/s winds this thing produces maybe 50W at it's best. This is in the archipelago standing on a peer facing open water. On the otherhand this is the first cheap turbine that is producing anything for me, so that's why it gets a extra star, but be aware that you can deduct the power figure by a factor of 10 or more and you'll have a more realistic output

I like vevor from past purchases, but this one is a disappointment. I followed all directions but this generator does not work for me. Plus, I have found that the generator is drawing power from my battery bank. There should be a diode in the controller to keep it from back feeding power from the battery. I am very displeased with this purchase.
