Gik i stykker efter 11 måneder og 4 x brug. Reklamation oprettet og Vevor anerkendte en fuld refusion på beløbet, hvilket nu er en måned siden og efter utallige rykkere er beløbet endnu ikke tilbageført. Har nu dags dato oprettet en sag hos banken om tilbageførsel af beløbet og afventer stadigvæk pengene. Har altid fået god behandling men denne sag flytter sgu mine indkøb til andre steder.

J'ai acheté plusieurs ultrasons en 2 ans, à chaque fois des défauts, la cuve inoxydable se détériore à l'intérieur (je mets que de l'eau et du liquide vaisselle) ce qui crée une fuite et ce matin défaut électrique sur le dernier que j'avais acheté ce qui a fait sauter le disjoncteur heureusement. Le SAV de VEVOR est efficace mais j'en suis au 4e qui a lâché... J'abandonne et au final le risque peut être important.

Es reinigt Brillen , auch nach kritischer Beobachtung , wirklich gut bis Befriedigend. Für diesen Preis ist es ok.

This does not hold 15 litres it only holds 11 litres. Vevor were very accomodating and prompt in addressing the problem

Takes a very long time to heat up. Reported this to customer service. They were of no help and told me a technician would get back to me. Have got no response. I use the machine and it cleans very well. It takes up to 2 hrs to reach 70 degrees Celsius.

Too noisy. High pitched noise uncomfortable for user. Also interrupt with hearing devices so couldn’t use.

Dit was de eerste keer bij Vevor, maar ook de laatste keer. Toestel kwam beschadigd aan en was ook al eens gebruikt. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik 40€ terug Toestel werkt nog wel, maar je wilt geen beschadiging bij een nieuwe aankoop . Dit was geen product wat uit Nederland kwam.

The ultrasonic parts washer arrived damaged. This is no fault of Vevor, but of the shipper. I reported the damage within the hour to Vevor, including pictures. The whole resevoir and the body were completely twisted and distorted, breaking the seal all around the top lip of the unit. The whole body of the unit wouldnt sit flat and one corner was 1" from touching the counter. They only continued to offer me discounted pricing on a damaged and unusable item rather than exchanging it or refunding me the full amount. It took over a month to finally get my refund and by then, the sale was over for the unit I needed. Not a good experience with this company. Not sure if I would try dealing with them again in the future.
