Gas tank arrived busted and gas pours out.

Broke during the first use I was using the headge trimmer attachment and it stripped the gears on it with a small shrub

I am very disappointed. I bought this product thinking it was gonna make my life easier, and I was wrong. Very bad quality things don’t work how they're supposed to. The only good thing is the saw to cut the tree branches. Other than that, everything is just cheap and it doesn’t work. If I could get my money back, that would be great. I can’t even cut my grass because the part of the weed eater doesn’t even go in. Don’t buy this just buy a regular machine.

Have had nothing but problems. Ran my old stihl for 15 Years. Thought I could cheat the system but this is a knock off. I have nothing good to say about this unit except the pictures. First use was great. And downhill from there. Runs like it’s 30 years old and it’s been used for 3 hrs

This thing is a POS has never run once, fired up for about 10 seconds that's it. All the attachments very cheap more of a TEMU buy, I have purchased many things from Vevor have never been disappointed till now.

The price is great but don't think you're getting a "deal". Equipment is very heavy and cheaply made. Cheap, brittle plastics and accessories. Will be returning for refund.

Motor unit is way too heavy for practical use

I followed all instructions. I am very familiar with 2 strokes, chainsaws, dirt bikes etc. The unit started as it should. Used it for 10 minutes and it quit while using it. Won’t restart. I should have read the other 1 star reviews. It’s obviously a hit and miss product. I contacted Customer Service and described in detail the failure. All they said was, send us a video. A video of it not starting, what ever for? None the less I sent it. Ine would think after all the complaints like mine, they would have figured it out…nothing yet.

Trimmer was extremely easy to set up and the quality seems decent. Too bad the engine is worth nothing and wouldn't work for more than 40 seconds before stopping. Customer service offered 50% of my money back to take it to somebody and fix it. I am mechanically inclined and still couldn't figure it out so 50% was not worth it. (Got me thinking this is the whole point of selling a motor that doesnt work... at least they have a chance to keep 50% of the money i spent) I asked if I could get another motor and they said they were out of stock even though I could order it online and still can. So now I have a useless trimmer with a bunch of great looking attachments that doesn't do a damn thing. Really wish I got to use this thing because the price is excellent but I guess you get what you pay for. In the end they did give me 100% of my money back but I really wish i could have got a new motor instead

Depuis plus d une semaine que j’attends pour une bolt après le coupe herbe aucune nouvelle la seule chose qu’on me dit vous êtes en priorité de la foutaise jai pris garantie prolongée pour ne pas avoir de problème et aucun serve votre part je veux me faire rembourser j le coupe herbe ne fonctionne pas si jai pas la bolt très très très déçu du service
