Bonjour, je suis très déçu de ce produit. Je l'ai reçu la pompe ne fonctionnait pas. Je l'ai contacte il m'envoie une vidéo pour la nettoyer, je le fais elle fonctionne. Déjà un produit neuf j'ai pas besoin de le nettoyer. Pas de geste commercial ! Sauf, ce qu'ils disent pas, c'est quelle fais sa tout les 3 semaines. Donc il faut être patient et la démonté, nettoyager, remonter !!! Un vrai casse tête. Et maintenant elle commence à me faire un bruit de ferraille quand elle tout, depuis 3 mois que je l'ai. Je pense pas qu'elle fera l'été prochain. Extrêmement déçu de cet achat !

Buyer Beware: Premature Motor Failure & Insulting Customer ServiceI purchased a VEVOR 2.5 HP pool pump, and the motor completely failed and seized up after only 15 months. Out of those 15 months, it was only actually operated for about 4 months total. When I contacted customer service about this premature mechanical failure, they gave me the runaround and offered a ridiculous, insulting $26 reimbursement. They refuse to let me speak to a manager to properly resolve this dispute. Do not waste your money on this product unless you want a locked-up pump and zero accountability from the company.

POed Customer Upset Customer
I purchased this pump in 2025, it stopped working. We purchase the the extra protection plan. Well instead of replacing the model, they only gave $65 credit as they no longer carry this anymore.. So beware of the protection plans from Vevor. They are worthless. We paid over $140 for this product.

Ist eine sehr leistungsstarke Pumpe aber mit einem zu lauten Geräuschpegel wurde gegen eine leisere ersetzt und diese dient als Reservepumpe. Preis Leistung wäre super wenn die Pumpe leiser wäre leider
