Nos llega la granizadora SIN TAPAS de los contenedores, además de con notable dulce en los dispensadores, es decir no nos enviaron una máquina nueva sino probablemente una ya devuelta. LO PEOR no es el producto incompleto y usado, sino el PÉSIMO servicio. Hemos pedido la entrega de las tapas, en la última petición la devolución y solo mandan números de reportes sin una atención de ninguna persona que nos pueda apoyar realmente. Necesitamos respuestas, no puede ser que nos ignoren de esta manera, y al parecer, no solo a nosotros. Personalmente no recomiendo comprar en esta empresa.

One of the tanks started leaking within a week or so! VEVOR offered to give me $100 to physically take the heavy machine to get repaired even though machine was brand new with a year warranty and I bought the 3 year extended warranty. Been a week plus and still waiting for a refund or replacement. 🤨

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE! This is my 2nd slushie machine that I have had from Vevor. I followed the instructions to the letter on this particular one and it took 3 hours for my mix to start slushing. I went through the proper channels to have it returned only to be railroaded and dismissed by someone who said I didnt mix my syrup correctly, it was well within the 30 days and I just wanted to return the machine and purchase something else. Nope! My ticket was closed and I was not given the opportunity to return this machine. I am really disappointed in the product and the "customer service" given to me. As a business owner who purchases a few machines for my concessionary stand a year, I will NEVER buy anything else from Vevor. They dont even have a customer service phone number for you to speak with a human. The phone number on the internet is bogus. Shop elsewhere you'll be happy you did.

Per quanto riguarda la nostra esperienza, non ci siamo trovati bene. Abbiamo acquistato una macchina per fare le granite ma dopo circa una sola ora di lavoro si é fermata perché si è danneggiato un pezzo del motore. L'assistenza è molto lenta a rispondere e ci é stato assicurato che ci stanno fornendo il ricambio (dopo più di 30 giorni di messaggi, video e foto). Purtroppo per questo enorme problema economico per noi, ci hanno rimborsato solo 40 euro che sono i soldi promessi dall'operatore in chat a causa del ritardo nella consegna iniziale della macchina (10 giorni).
In sintesi non ci siamo trovati bene e siamo molto sfiduciati dall'acquistare nuovamente da questa azienda perchè ci sentiamo abbandonati, a causa dei loro tempi lunghi di risolvimento questione, e riconoscimento errori meccanici dei loro prodotti e ciò dispiace in quanto la Vevor avrebbe del potenziale, vista l enorme gamma di prodotti che fornisce.

Machine qui arrive dans un emballage qui prévient déjà qu’elle a bien été secoué, une phase test des livraisons la machine fait un code erreur et ne marche plus , seul solution propose l’envoie d’un moteur sous 15jours et encore si les planètes s’alignent. Achat fait dun mai on en est encore à attendre que la pièce soit envoyé ! Pour une machine qui doit servir par temps chaud on est un peu en retard sur la saison ! Donc je vous conseille d’acheter une machine ailleurs pour un commerce, avec Vevor vous ne ferrez que perdre de l’argent !

Bonjour. Je reviens vers vous car j'ai toujours ce problème de grincement avec la machine à granita. Je commence à avoir des plaintes avec les voisins du magasin. Car la machine grince tout le temps. La machine n'a pas un an. La teneur en sucre est très bonne. Donc j'aimerais savoir ce qu'il faut faire maintenant. S'il faut la changer ou non. Car je pense qu'elle est toujours sous garantie cordialement Mme CARON
