Great heater for my use. Has been the main heater in my 7 foot tall by 28 foot long greenhouse. Works very well and has been fairly efficient. I use the thermostat to set and forget. It maintains a perfect temperature to grow summer tomatoes in the dead of winter in North Carolina. My only gripe is that Bluetooth is useless on my Samsung S21. I cant even download the app because the operating system will not allow. The remote is cute, but I dont use that either. I mainly wanted the app so I can keep an eye on functions, but I can't on a Samsung. Id pay more for a adult sized, or "cabin sized" fuel tank. The 10liter is tiny and requires too frequent refilling. Ill be upfitting the setup to include a larger tank. The heat is produces is quit nice. I purchased a diverter to send hot air in 2 directions. Works beautifully. I also purchased a transformer so I dont need a battery to run the fan and ignition circuit. The engineers should add a onboard 120 volt transformer and a plug so it can be used in a cabin with an outlet. Ive made my own workaround and its a great setup. If the app worked on Samsungs, I'd give it 5 stars.

I really like this heater. It heats really well and gets super hot. Even on freezing days it heats my Mercedes sprinter170ext within minutes of startup. The startup is a little slow but I understand that it is heating the glow plug to optimal ignition temperature and that takes time. The only problem I can find with the unit at all is the fact that I think it should have an oval protrusion from the downward facing side of the floor plate. This would shield any possible wood flooring that is near the exhaust pipe when drilling through an rv type floor. I think that is the biggest application for one of these. The other thing is the fuel tank. Lacking space to put this one in my rig I went a different direction. Similar size but different shape that works better for me. Maybe have options of different tanks. Anyway those couple things would make this heater basically perfect. For reference I purchased the diesel 8k heater and fuel tank seperare unit. The heater fits in more places with this setup. Also you can mount the fuel tank outside somewhere for filling no need to worry about getting diesel drops or spillage in your vehicle.

C'est pour chauffer mon atelier et donc j'ai installé un transformateur 220V vers 12V. En ce qui concerne l'appareil de chauffage, il est vraiment de conception "légère", par exemple, le réservoir n'est pas fixé. Je l'ai donc fixé avec des Colson pour qu'il ne bouge pas lorsque j'enlève la carrosserie. Le réservoir est posé simplement sur une plaque qui est clipsée sur les faces avant et arrière et cela se déclipse facilement. J'ai renforcé ces clips. En ce qui me concerne, j'ai eu un peu de mal à placer le tuyau d'échappement que j'ai courbé et qui traverse un mur de béton. Une fois tout cela fait, plus aucun problème à l'utilisation, cela chauffe très fort. Aujourd'hui, température extérieure 5°C, il faisait trop chaud dans l'atelier pour travailler et je l'ai donc arrêté après une heure. On verra quand il fera sous zéro degré.

Got a thru hull exhaust pipe and works great for through a garage door. Could use a permanent power supply versus buying one but is good besides that.

Awesome little heater. Illustration was a little misleading. To install in a car or truck you will need to drill holes to the exterior for the exhaust that gets extremely hot.

Products works perfect out of the box. I installed it outside, with the duct going inside via a windows. Additional I placed another duct that sucks the air from the heated room to the heater to have a closed circulation. The heater is advertised as 8kW. The heater is not delivering 8kW, as it replaced a 3kW gas heater which I can do a direct compare with. I guess it is maximum 5kW (or less at it looses a significant amount of heat via the exhaust). I have no means to measure the exhaust heat exactly. The heater regulates itself: you have setting 1 to 6 and you hear it regulating on the exhaust temperature. The pumppulses decline or increase and keep the exhaust temperature on for example at 210 degree Celsius. I have runned it now for 2 weeks, every day for 2-3 hours and it worked flawless. Assembly quality is okay, it used white diesel lines, found no assembly failures (I disassembled it to verify construction). One drawback is that I sometimes smell Diesel, which is coming from the air intake. The housing is not fully airtight between the housing and the heater itself and the wind can cause that the exhaust fumes are sucked into inlet due to these openings (despite that I recirculate the air). Isolating this with some rubber fixed it. During operation I see no visual smoke, running at output 3-6 I do not smell the diesel output. Running in output 1, I smell a little bit Diesel, probably because it is generating not enough heat. Heat output out of the duct is hot, and when installed outside the sound is acceptable for a garage shop. Conclusion: I should buy this heater again.
