I bought an 8K to more effectively heat my space than the 5K would, but since it does not, I have put the 5K back and the 8K is emergency backup if needed.

I bought this machine with high hopes as every person review online rants and raves about it. At first, I was on board— this machine was awesome. Until about the 3rd night using it and it turned off unexpectedly and hasn’t worked since. I have done every troubleshooting method possible, even disassembled the machine. To no avail. Unless the machine I got was a dud from the factory and I have bad luck, they are not as good as you’d think. But… when it worked… it WORKED.

I'm pretty pissed right now because nieces two ports and I wanted to just get the directions but it doesn't come with it what it comes with is link to a website that in order to see the videos you need to have a Google account then download it to the Google Drive to FRICKEN view it. I bought this in the spring and I tried to use this for the first time at the onset of very cold weather here in the northeast during mid January. Unfortunately I received a faulty unit. The fuel line is kinked and will not deliver fuel when the cover is installed. I primed the unit as I was supposed to and started the heater with no problem while the cover was off. I could see the fuel being delivered and could feel warm air coming from the heater so I carefully put the cover on and with in a few minutes the heater gave me a no fuel error and the unit shut down. I took the cover off and restarted the unit and it ran until I reinstalled the cover. It then shut down again. It runs without the cover on so I know the fuel line is getting kinked or pinched when the cover is on. I did not really want to have to attempt a repair on a new unit especially when it comes to the fuel delivery system. I am not sure what fuel line to buy as there are many options online with way to many opinions🤣
