Die Heizung ist unhandlich, lässt sich sehr schlecht befüllen, ist laut, klackert und die Passform der Teile wie Auspuff etc. passt einfach nicht schön zusammen und ist undicht. Ich würde die Heizung NICHT weiterempfehlen!!

Junk!! Out of the box Junk! Customer Service replaced motherboard did not fix heater. I requested a refund did not happen.

This unit gave me an error e-6 at first attempted startup after following the terrible instructions for manual priming and startup. I have since tried to adjust the fan speed sensor(attached to the motherboard) closer to the fan and further and everywhere in between with no luck. Customer service is sh!t its been 2 days since i first reached out on their "live" chat with no response now for a solid day. I will never buy from vevor again if this is how they do business and if this is the deplorable state of their after purchase service. I am certain the motherboard is toast on the fan speed sensor circut as the fan spins for max 7 seconds before faulting on a e6 code

De o calitate îndoielnică.L-am comandat dar a funcționat doar 1 zi după care a apărut o eroare E-7 și nu mai funcționează. Comunicarea cu cei de la vevor este greoaie .

Bought this heater for a trip from Alaska to Idaho. Upon receiving the heater I was so excited for the upcoming trip. But every the I tried plugging the heater in, the fuse would blow instantly. Tried calling customer support only to find out that is not an option. If you want to talk to anybody, you have to send a text and wait 2-3 days for a response. Even the text back and forth is a joke. They’ll be texting you then just stop. I will never recommend this to anyone and will tell anyone who asks about my experience!

Received broken

bought this to use in the garage. Got it all set up, hooked up to a 12 volt car battery, and…. Doesn’t work. Contacted customer service. Apparently my issue was “forwarded” to a different team. It’s been a couple days now, and still haven’t heard a word. Don’t be like me and end up out of almost $100

Produsul pe care l am primit nu a funcționat corespunzător încă de când l am primit. Apare frecvent eroarea E10 , se inundă cu motorină și nu mai pornește. instrucțiunile din manualul de utilizare, mă refer la .comenzile care se fac din cele trei butoane de pe panoul de comandă, nu corespund probabil cu modelul de placă de bază. Este un produs fabricat din materiale de calitate inferioara , nesigur în funcționare și nu aș avea încredere sa l las in funcțiune pe timpul nopții fără un detector de monoxid de carbon. Concluzie: nu recomand.

Die Dieselheizung konnte recht zügig in Betrieb genommen werden, trotz mangelhafter Bedienungsanleitung. Die Kraftstoffpumpe ist recht laut. Leider hat diese auch nur 13 Tage gehalten und ging nach ca 25 Betriebsstunden kaputt, so dass der Fehler E10 und E08 kam. Fehlender Kraftstoff. Die Pumpe tackert zwar aber scheint nicht genügend Kraftstoff zu befördern. Technische Daten in der Bedienungsanleitung für die Ersatzteilbeschaffung sucht man vergebens. Die Retour scheint von Vevor nicht gewollt zu sein. Ich kann das Formular ausfüllen aber nicht absenden. Ob das mit dem günstigen Preis zusammenhängt? Ich habe mir jetzt eine Ersatzkraftstoffpumpe bestellt, mal schauen wie lange diese durchhält. Nettes Spielzeug für Selberschrauber. Qualität ungenügend.
