Let me start with this: Why should I have to search around on YouTube just to figure out how to use a product that I bought and paid for?? It even comes with a manual that is entirely ineffective. It points out controls (in an iconized picture) but makes no effort to explain how/why/if you would ever want to use them. Also, given that Vevor sells so many variants of this product, how about some way to differentiate them and some tutorials on usage? I opened a support request to ask questions about the product. I had to be quite persistent with many back-and-forth with their Support team until they took my inquiry seriously. Ultimately, they provided an *excellent* answer and full support so they get 5-stars for the ultimate solution but only 1-star for the initial interaction. I have used the product itself twice so far so my review can not speak to the quality or longevity of the unit. So far so good. Improve the manual, take Support inquiries seriously the first time and I probably would have given this 5-stars across the board.

Received with a dent, shipping box was delivered damaged,I had purchased the shipping insurance that was a waste of money! Customer service was not helpful I have a sonic cleaner that I paid good money for with a dent in it?

Gutes Reinigungsgerät für Schmuck und Kleinteile. Für Vergaser sollte die Version mit größeren Volumen bestellt werden. Bedienung ist selbsterklärend, sowie eine sehr schnelle Aufheizzeit.

Ich habe das Ultraschallgerät gekauft um alle Teile meines Vintage Rennrades (Schaltgruppe Campagnolo, Kassette, etc.) zu reinigen. Ein super Produkt. Alles sehr sauber geworden. Einfach Wasser und Spülmittel und dann eine gute Bürste. Für weitere Reinigungen habe ich noch keine Erfahrung aber die vorhandene ist sehr gut.

Très content de mon achat, fonctionne parfaitement. Seul problème, je l'ai commandé en noir (Noir mat sur la photo) et je l'ai reçue en grise chrome.

Overall it's good product for it's price. Arrived with faulty temp sensor, but in the end i got replacement, so thanks. The frame is not that kind of black that you may expect. In fact it is shiny polished black steel and all kinds of prints, scratches and dirt are catch easily. It is easy to clean with window cleaner and microfiber cloth, but requires attention to keep it clean. Functional side is okay. Heater is not super fast, but easily can heat the solution up to working temp while running degas, then you are ready to continue with cleaning. Pre rinsing and right solution choice are crucial, please keep it in mind, other than that cleaning itself works fine, I'm happy with that.
