Here is a clearer, more credible review that explains your situation while sounding professional and fair:
Review:
The item arrived damaged during shipping, which was extremely frustrating and also raised concerns about the product’s quality. Unfortunately, we had already cut the opening in our trailer window in preparation for installing the unit before opening the box, only to discover that it was broken.
I contacted customer service immediately and explained the urgency of the situation, as this equipment is essential for our business. It has now been over a week, and my case is still “under review,” despite the product being under warranty.
Because of this delay, we have had to postpone our launch and cancel events that were already booked. This situation has caused significant financial loss and unnecessary stress for our business.
I hope the company resolves this matter quickly and improves how urgent warranty claims are handled, especially when customers rely on the equipment for their livelihood
