Arrived well packaged. A bit hair-pulling to put together. Not exactly the outcome we wanted. But, for the price we can't complain.

I installed these about a month ago. For the price they're great. They look nice and are stable. However, they've already started to rust. Installation instructions are terrible. I was happy that a concrete bit was provided, but it wobbled in the chuck of all of the drills I tried it in, so I had to go buy another one. The problem was the shape of the bit that locks into the chuck.

The box was beat up pretty badly, and there are some minor scratches on the railing, but at least all the pieces are there.

I installed these handrails for elderly relative and I was pleasantly surprised in the quality especially at such a cheap price. They are fairly easy to put together even though the instructions are a bit sparse for information, but if you are handy you'll be able to figure it out. I was able to do it solo and they are fairly sturdy and have some weight to them to stand on their own while installing on stairs. I actually used the 2-3 step handrail as a level rail on the patio section on the steps and worked out well

The handrails are good value. They're sturdy, somewhat easy to assemble and reasonably priced.

The railing is sturdy but arrived with minor damage.

Worked great for my dad to make his steps safer.

Well made, not thin flimsy metal, easy to install. First put the handrail together on flat ground, leaving it loose for movement. Take over to steps and place it where you want it, rack it to reach the top and bottom step. Anchor in place and tighten all hardware. Finding hand rails has always been a expensive endeavor for my line of work...not any more, thank you Vevor!
