Absolutely shocking service ,late and missing parts that u can not get or send out to me ,I threw it in the skip ,it is no good to me without the parts ,terrible thing to do to customers and no back up to sort the problems or missing parts

Product arrived missing the brush. Contacted customer service and they asked to send a picture of what was received
Which I did. The box had been opened. They did not have the part but offered me a $40 voucher which I thought I could use to buy the brush. They sent me the code and it had a bad character in it and did not work. I replied and they asked to see a screen shot which I provided. I never heard back. So now I have the extension pole with no brush so I can’t use it. Would not buy from vevor again

Terrible experience. The order was mistakenly sent to an old address on file across the province. I have reached out to Vevor customer support on multiple occasions, through email, the website return process, and through live chat. The process has been very frustrating and so far no assistance, even though the person who received my parcel at the old address is ready and willing to cooperate with the return.

This order arrived open box. The FedEx driver left while I tried to stop him. There was a critical part missing. VeVOR failed to file a claim aginst FedEx, they also spent a month messing around befor admitting they couldn't supply the missing critical part.
Wholy unsatisfactory experience.
