One as already broken, blind fivet on a armrest failed

The chairs are very difficult to get out of, more so than others that we've had. The wine glass holder isn't nearly as level as they show in the pictures and won't hold a glass level, it tilts quite a bit. All in all, I would not purchase these again.

I bought this chair, and it is unsuitable for me to use. It is too low to the ground, and I don't feel the quality of the chair is worth what I paid for it. Vivor has offered a full refund without returning the chair, but they have assigned me a task of destroying the chair and taking a picture of the serial number as well. I do not work for you, Vivar. You do not get to assign me tasks. I do not work for you. Additionally, destroying a chair that somebody could get use out of is environmentally irresponsible as hell. You need to change the way you think, Vevor. This is not acceptable in North America. I will do no such thing: 1. Because I do not work for you. You do not assign me tasks. 2. It's environmentally destructive, your idea, and it's completely unacceptable. To create landfill from an unused chair is atrocious. I understand you want to make sure that people just don't try to get free items, but this is not the way to go about it. If you want people to continue to purchase items from you, then you need to change the way you think.
