I absolutely love these frying pans. The first time I tried them I made a fried egg topped with melted cheese and nothing stuck to the bottom. Clean up is a breeze. I liked them so much I just ordered another set for my daughter.

Larry in Indiana Great egg pans

Follow the directions to pretreat the pans before first use. The pans are very light, but cook evenly. I use mine for eggs and they don't stick with a little butter. Clean up is very easy with dish soap and a sponge. I wouldn't use these for browning meats, stainless or carbon steel would do a better job for that

These pans are wonderful. Have not had any issues with sticking or warping, which I did have with others priced much higher

Easy to clean because everything slides right off! Great nonstick coating. I really hope these pans last us a while. We've been using them a bunch so I guess we'll see!

As an avid cook who knows their way around a kitchen, I love this set. If I had one complaint it would be that they don't come with lids or at least my set did not. Lucky for me, my pampered chef lids fit like a glove. The non stick ceramic has been the best I have used. Better than any non stick surface I have ever cooked on. They got this right. Eggs just slide right out onto plate no spatula needed.
