Tips: - will be covered in a layer of oil and plastic wrap to protect, be prepared to clean the whole thing. Rags, paper, and windex + degreaser. - during cleaning i found metal chips near bored holes, so look for them and clean them out. Make extra sure at the rollers. - after cleaning, oil the rollers thinly with 3 in 1. Ideally, clean the gears too and re-lube them lithium or molly grease. Keep the rollers oiled from now on. - the cage around the gears is sharp! cost me skin on my knuckles. If you have the time, take it off and file and grind. - the rollers need to be evened out. Run some scrap through it, and you'll see the material curve. The direction it curves, the rollers are closer together on that side. Lift off the height adjusting knob, and turn the appropriate side gear only about 1 tooth at a time, then re-test - the height adjustment is fickle and not fine, be aware of this. While reducing metals, you may want to turn the height adjustment only about 1 tooth at a time, maybe 2. If you feel resistance, you're too tight: your material will warp and crack. - the handle is just a large bolt, with a single nut, and a loose bicycle handle type rubber cover. So as you turn the arm, it'll unscrew, till you have to re-screw it in or the nut falls off. Best thing is to get a wooden dowel, drill out the center, place the bolt through it, and lock the bolt in place with 2 nuts on opposite sides of the arm, preferably with lock nuts/washers - Absolutely bolt down (or clamp down) onto a surface before using. Seriously. Major safety thing. The positives: - delivery was super fast. - cost is unbeatable - does the job, and pretty well too. - rollers appear to be excellent quality for the price. Could be improved: - the height adjustment knob, right on top, the bar going through it is not flat, it's almost at a 30-40 degree angle. Luckily this is just cosmetic. - there are 4 threaded rods tensioning the body together. While some bends look like quick fixes instead of changing a design, one of the rods is bent at the top plate. - the "safety" grating around the gears is seriously sharp. Skinned my knuckles and cut a finger. Be careful. - the handle situation could be much better, and would barely cost anything to fix. The rubber handle cover doesn't sit on anything, just a bolt, so it's completely loose and you end up holding the bolt, which turns and comes out. - The instructions were a single photocopied sheet showing where to attach the handle and knob. - Gear reduction isn't very large, and gears not the smoothest, but acceptable. - shipping was listed as UPS, was actually FEDEX tracking number. small difference but confusing. Overall: very happy to find such an inexpensive roller, let alone delivered in days instead of weeks/months. 4 days i think. For the price and expectation, easy 4 stars, with some cleanup. Teeth and motion isn't the smoothest, but quite ok.

Overall a great product. The big problem is the poor finish on the rollers causes texture on metal as you flatten it. Thats literally the ONLY issue. Your blue model had a great finish on the rollers but the new one leaves lines.

The handle has a ridicoules amount of play, when bolted to the machine the handle can wiggle 1cm in all directions instead of a snug fit. When operating the machine the rollers are going extremely heavy like the gears are rubbing against something. I replaced my previous with this one and the difference is night and day really really heavy almost feel like im damaging the machine.

Not reliable for professionals... The cylinder alignment is incorrect... The wire shaping is terrible for small sizes... Honestly, I don't recommend it... It's just a waste of money... It's only good for making pasta if you want to buy it for your wife

Unfortunaltely, it produces a wavy sheat when I try to flatten a sheat of silver. It's not flat but has bumps in a regular pattern. Quite disappointed. :(

Leider kann ich die Maschine nicht beurteilen, da diese gar nicht bis zu mir gekommen ist. Stattdessen wird auf Nachfrage, wann diese geliefert wird mir ungefragt das Geld zurückerstatten mit einem Währungsverlust von EUR 15. Nach etlichen Emails mit dem Service/Support gibt es immer noch keine Lösung

Nie wiem kto składał tą walcarkę lecz pod jedną ze ścianek były podłożone podkładki fi 6 no niestety moja walcarka nie wytrzymała ....może z powodu braku osi na dolnym walcu przez te podkładki nie wiem po prostu łozyska sie rozleciału jedna strona aż dosłownie wcisneła się w ścianę tzn obudodowę tego łozyska .są to łozyska igiełkowe .Zastanawia mnie jeszcze jedno .....a mianowicie dlaczego jeden walec wgniótł się tak jakby się rozlał a drugi jest ok . Ściany tzn obudowy dałem do tulejowania zobaczymy co z tego będzie.

this unit is a sloppy pile of junk. to return it you will have to jump through a bunch of hoops,. i will never buy from vevor again. Chinese junk!
