This is a nice pergola, only problem is the base to attach to my wooden deck isn’t the strongest I have had to add some extra support to the base of each leg.

Die Pergola kam sicher verpackt hier an und der Aufbau funktionierte mit zwei Personen wunderbar. Alle Löcher passten gut übereinander. Lediglich um den Pavillon hochzuheben um die unteren Stützen anzugringen werden mindestens drei Personen gebraucht. Der Pavillon steht wunderbar fest und macht einen stabilen Eindruck.

Quality product, looks great. The instructions leave a lot to be desired though, and assembly really needs more than one person at least at times.

This pergola was at least $100 less than Factory Pure and is comparable to other brands that cost more as well. The tubes are thin, so when assembling I added washers to every connection bolt (I had one bolt head pull right through the thin tube). Instructions are poor like most Chinese products; mostly the diagrams do not clearly depict part orientation. The sequence of steps is good, however. I bolted the entire unit to 12x12x2 paver blocks for stability since we get a lot of wind. I would buy again.

The instruction book had whole sections missing ..its no use sticking letters on part and then not explaining positioning or orientation.this took an hour longer because its a jigsaw puzzle. The awning material has no waterproof coating that works.. leaks everywhere..now in the processes of buying and making a waterproof cover to go over the one it came with ,which is ONLY a sun shade still good value for a heavy weight frame if you budget in another £170 for a new waterproof cover that will keep the wind and rain out long term.

Pros - seems fairly stout. The price was fair. and looks great once fully assembled. We are loving having some shade on our patio Cons - Instructions were not great and a little difficult to read. And could not figure out how to contact anyone the day we assembled it, for clarification, on our questions. Fortunately I am very handy and my wife loves a good puzzle, and we finally figured it out. The poles on ours were not actually long enough (about 2" too short) they were bowing the slide up portions in. I was able to get 2 short pieces of metal tubing about 1 foot for each side and slid it over the provided tubes (hidden inside canopy so it's not seen) . This corrected our issue and everything works as it should.
