I had a problem with my vevor vista quater scooter.it took 5 weeks due to email only contact with customer service ,but the issue was resolved.i appreciate that it finally got taken care of .just have to be patient

Looks good but my thing is it doesnt make very sharp truns .thinking of retruning it but dont want to pay for the shiping cost i can barely get it in the door to bring it to the house to stay warm during the winter time what’s it exactly what I hoped it would be by being used would’ve been to use outside to be able to get around the yard in the garden without getting stuck like I do in my wheelchair and be able to do the trimming other weeds and work in the garden

My husband had leg amputated may 13 soon as stitches came removed he okwas gone

Great for getting down to the lake and around the property. Nice looking. Packed very well. The rear brake adjuster was adjusted to the end of its travel and the brake was still rubbing and squeeking. The seat is sitting on rubber pads which compress when you sit, causing the nuts to be loose and eventually vibrate off. They need to use aircraft nuts or blue locktite.

I was notified when it was to be delivered. I got a call on the day of the delivery to tell me when they would be here. Delivered carefully. It was packaged well, I was very empressed how well it was packaged. After unpacking it it was in great shape. I’m happy with price , the delivery, and appearance. I would buy another one.

The highest quality mobility scooter i have ever owned. I've got over 100 miles on it so far and I am totally impressed every time i go anywhere. I've had roughly owned a dozen scooters in the ten years. 600.00---1000.00. they All said heavy duty and they were all junk compared to the Vevor lunar-q I have now. I bought this scooter for my brother, who is disabled. The first one arrived and did not work. However, I reached out to customer service and they replaced it. The replacement arrived and works perfectly. My only complaint is slow communication with customer service. The instruction manual seriously needs updated, and when I explained the issues with the support team they did not try to help resolve the issue. They instructed me to have a repair person come and look at it instead of trying to find out the problem themselves. It might have been a simple fix. But they chose to replace the item instead of troubleshooting. Overall I am happy with this scooter, it is very nice .

The only problem is the manual. It doesn't show everything that is on the dashboard.
