I bought these to use on my pontoon trailer. Being aluminum. There light weight,don't rust,and love that I can bolt them together that if anything gets damaged I can make easy repair. Once put together there pretty solid. With a rate of 500 lb holding capacity makes it ideal for what I am using it for. Thanks Vevor.

Easy to use and install. Fits in small spaces. We needed a set of stairs that fit into a fairly small space so this worked out well. Would recommend.

At the price they sell for, these stairs are a great value. However, as other reviewers have noted, they do have a few minor shortcomings. The railings are definitely wobbly, but solid enough not to cause a safety issue. I took the great idea of another reviewer and used aluminum shims to fill the gap between the railing and the stairs - worked perfectly. The rubber treads also extend over the bolt holes for the stairs. When you tighten the bolts it causes the tread area around each hole to pucker up. This causes the tread to pull away from the aluminum stair and become unglued. If you trim the tread about 3/4 of an inch on either side, it solves the problem. At about one third of the cost of stairs from a dock supplier, the value of these stairs far exceeds their minor deficiencies.

Not suitable for my swimming pool. To many sharp parts, could be dangerous for who's using the pool. Perhaps better for other uses, (e.g. ladder for small boats etc). Sorry , I am not going to place it to my swimming pool. I had to pay more attention to the details and not to order it.

Flimsy and unusable do not recommend
