Matt63 Item arrived faulty, no customer support
Ultrasonic cleaner arrived faulty. Heat temp. couldn't be adjusted or turned on. Went to try using ultrasonic function and it blew the fuse. Tried contacting customer support and got generic run around. No quality control, Vevor ships faulty junk products and makes it impossible to get a refund or replacement.

They really have the longevity of these things really dialed in. I've had 3 of these now that lasted 1 year and 2 weeks. I use them mostly to clean a couple small engine carburetors a month, the 1st 2 stopped pulsing, the last one stopped heating. You really do only get what you pay for with this company. There is a reason these things are so cheap. Cleaner was bought Nov 07, 2023, and wouldn't make any heat Nov 21, 2024.

Nolaan perrigo Terrible quality
I had bought this a couple weeks ago, when it got here I plugged it in and filled it to the correct amount of fluid and turned it on. After 3 minutes of use for the first time it turned off and wouldn't turn on even after I bought a new cord and changed outlets.overall terrible quality control.I tried to reach out to them,sent them emails about the problem and only ever got emails about asking me to rate the customer service which I didn't get any. Don't buy this or try to ask for support.I know I Wil never buy anything again from vevor.

Total piece of crap. Never worked from initial receipt. Vevor refused to replace or refund. In the end after extended interactions with Vevor I gave up and accepted a partial refund as it was obvious I was never going to get a replacement or a return for refund. I will simply never purchase anything from Vevor again.
