my public name is 3 char Poor mounting bracket design
Fan works as it should but the mounting bracket design places the fan low on the wall which is not where I wanted it. On an 8 ft ceiling the fan is actually about 6 ft off the floor. Wish I had known/realized that prior to purchasing - I would have chosen a fan with a different mounting bracket. If height is not a problem, then the fan is ok.

I purchased these fans because of the adds I had seen to be quite honest im not impressed with them. The air flow is sub-par for a 18 in or 20in fan.

Fans are angled at an upward angle. If you mount them on a wall, they point at the ceiling. Poor design. Wouldn’t recommend.

Really disappointed with these fans for the price. You can even get the handle on with spacers and if you do the handle knobs hit and you can't tighten tight.

1 month in and they stop working correctly. The worst part about it is the lack of communication to resolve the issue. I was told 1-2 days, I sent in all the pictures and videos that they requested then I get an email confirming that they received everything and assuring they are working on the problem, please be patient. I check in after a few days of not hearing anything and they send me a follow up email stating “if we don’t hear from you we will consider the problem resolved” nothing was fixed or resolved. It’s just an email game with no resolution and no warranty as they claim. Starting to think VEVOR is a waste of money selling products that they won’t back when they don’t last.

Set the whole thing up, it died in less than 24 hours. Fan wouldn't work for longer than 30 seconds at a time, if you could get it to start at all.
The company return process was kinda ridiculous. I had to send a video of the product not working, even though I was well within my return window, then wait 48 hours for a return authorization.
