Saw is making a bad rattling sound on tick over. Only used half a dozen times, no more than a couple of hours total to trim domestic firewood. Sounds like clicking /rattle noise coming from clutch side. Afraid to use it. Please advise

The handle on this saw gave up on life after about four tanks of gas. I had it wedged in a limb (as one does), and when I tried to pull it free, the handle decided it had seen enough and slid off about four inches — yanking the wires right out of the on/off switch. At that point, the saw was about as useful as a paperweight with confidence issues. Vevor offered to send me a replacement handle, which would’ve been great if the wires hadn’t also gone on strike. Their next solution? Offering me $28 to hunt for parts locally and fix it myself, as if I had a chainsaw repair shop in my back pocket. I even bought the warranty because I suspected this thing might not survive long — and guess what? Not once did they offer to replace the whole saw. That $10 warranty might as well have been a donation. Unless you enjoy wasting money or need a prop for a “How Not to Build a Chainsaw” documentary, avoid this saw. I’ll give credit where it’s due: the chain stayed sharp through four tanks of gas… but the rest of the saw apparently wasn’t up for the same commitment.

I ordered my Vevor gas chainsaw on October 26th. It never came. I finally got my refund but was not ale to talk to a real person. It was supposed to be a gift but again, it was never received. I paid $70 forth delivery. Luckily that was refunded as wel. I will never buy anything from this company.

No good ,started up right away than would not start up again took 4 days ,still not running right ,no answer from tech support

Die Säge pünktlich geliefert, nach dem Befüllen von Benzin im richtigen Mischungsverhältnis mit 2-Takt Motorenöl und befüllen mit Ketten Öl, springt die Kettensäge nicht an, bei gezogenen Choke (Kaltstart). Bei dem Überprüfen der Zündkerze, kommt nur ein ganz schwacher blauer Funken, eine neue Zündkerze bestellt, das gleiche, jetzt habe ich noch eine Zündspule bestellt um das Auszuschließen (den Luftspalt der Zündspule zum Rotor überprüft), Benzingemisch kommt an. Den (Kontaktieren Sie uns angeschrieben) keine Antwort. Das ich ich die Gewinde nachschneiden musste bei der Montage der Anschlagkralle vernachlässige ich mal, die mitgelieferten M5 Schrauben gingen erst gar nicht rein. Die Zündkerze quetscht an den Luftfilter an den Lamellen, zu wenig Spielraum ist auch nicht das Optimum. Wenn hier die Funktion Video wäre würde ich das hier reinstellen.

The saw was a little hard to start . The pull chord. Just had a recoil sometimes. Today I pulled it and it started clicking. Pulling and not making any contact with starter wheel .I opened it up to find a piece of plastic. So the pull chord has plastic instead of metal . Im very unhappy with this . Poorly made .

I purchased this chainsaw, it did not start, I determine that the saw had no spark. When I tried to return the item I was given the run-around from a customer service person who obviously had a very minimal grasp of the English language. Hey gave me one response that was entirely unintelligible, "This is a tarpaulin, the zipper will not produce sparks when activated." I have no idea what that means. I complied with his requests sent video, detailed explanation and still I was never given the means to return the item! It's apparent to me now that your 30 day return policy only applies if it's convenient or cost effective for you! The sole remedy I was offered was a refund of 20% of the purchase price?!?! Even at a 20% discount, a non working item is useless! I'm very disappointed and extremely pissed off!
