1 month in and they stop working correctly. The worst part about it is the lack of communication to resolve the issue. I was told 1-2 days, I sent in all the pictures and videos that they requested then I get an email confirming that they received everything and assuring they are working on the problem, please be patient. I check in after a few days of not hearing anything and they send me a follow up email stating “if we don’t hear from you we will consider the problem resolved” nothing was fixed or resolved. It’s just an email game with no resolution and no warranty as they claim. Starting to think VEVOR is a waste of money selling products that they won’t back when they don’t last.

Set the whole thing up, it died in less than 24 hours. Fan wouldn't work for longer than 30 seconds at a time, if you could get it to start at all. The company return process was kinda ridiculous. I had to send a video of the product not working, even though I was well within my return window, then wait 48 hours for a return authorization.

Was never delivered. They did refund me 100%, but I cannot speak to the quality of it other than the logistics was horrible..

Very disappointed… Ordered a two fan package only received one fan trying to get it resolved is a nightmare. Now I’m going to resort to just returning it and buying it somewhere else

Horrible fan super loud doesn’t push enough air for the amount of noise. Also dealing with VEVOR is also horrible I wanted to return one of the two fans I purchased it took almost a week of emailing them back and forth I read the email at 5 am thought it said they would refund the money and just keep the fan so I said yes. It actually said they would refund me 41$ for a 140$ fan and keep it. I emailed them back I don’t want the fan just want the 139.02 back and there reply was we sent you the original agreement. What ever you do buy a different fan. Makes me think twice purchasing anything else off this website after this return process.

I have installed, reinstalled, taken apart (several times), reassembled this stupid thing and is is the noisiest, most unbalanced piece of crap I have ever used. Do not recommend.

Acheter au prix bien élevée et ne fonctionne pas et zéro remboursement c'est une honte vu le prix Je les branche il a fait un bruit et ne fonctionne pas je suppose un défaut mais aucun conseil du site ou autre zéro explication a fuir 😕

Gear drive broke immediately on both fans. Poor quality and design.

One fan was fine the other one was damaged as the shipping container it came in had a bid hole through the cardboard on one side. Advised customer service June 15th, 2026 of problem with 1 fan and you would not believe the things they wanted me to do to troubleshoot a defective fan. It was absolutely crazy. They wanted me to take off parts to the other fan that was working fine to troubleshoot the problem. I told them no. Their customer service response time from June 15th until July 15th has been horrible. Because of their continuous back and forth, I told them to replace fan but because of the month overlap, the fans were no longer available. They did not even try sending me a similar single replacement fan they do have in stock. I got my money back and will never purchase anything from them again. No I do not recommend them or their products.
