The machine it arrived and when trying to use it it sealed the bag but the vacuum didn’t work. I had so many machines before but this one was not good.

I had a very disappointing experience with VEVOR. I ordered an ice cream machine together with a vacuum sealer and paid using Klarna's 24-month financing. The ice cream machine was never delivered. Instead of cancelling the order immediately, the shipment remained active for weeks. During that time, the carrier even marked the package as delivered, although I never received it. I had to report the missing shipment and wait for the investigation before VEVOR finally acknowledged the issue and refunded the machine. The refund itself was eventually processed, but because of the delay, Klarna had already accrued financing interest before receiving the refund. When I asked VEVOR to reimburse this additional cost, their response was simply that they are only responsible for refunding the purchase price and not for any financing costs caused by the delayed refund. I understand that Klarna is a separate financial provider, but the interest would never have existed if VEVOR had either: delivered the product as promised, or cancelled the unavailable item immediately instead of letting the order continue for weeks. The €7.21 is not the issue. The lack of responsibility is. I expected much better customer service and accountability.

Je suis déçue de la qualité, beaucoup de plastique fragile. Toutes les indications ainsi que la notice sont en anglais. Impossible de la trouver en français

Le colis est bien arrivé dans les temps prévus, livreur sympa, mais au déballage, surprise de voir une pièce cassée et ce n'est pas dû au transport ... L'emballage n'était pas abîmé, et vu toutes les protections, ça ne s'est pas passé durant le transport ! ! ! Je pense qu'il y à eu un loupé au service qualité avant l'envoi, j'aimerais vous passer des photos de l'article, mais je ne sais pas comment les retailler pour qu'elles passent, elles font plus de 2 mo . . .

Tried to vacuum seal hamburger patties. Used the moist option, but didn’t vacuum all the air out before it sealed.

Nice appliance, but really hard to have a seal. For every seal we do, we have to make 3-4 attempts. Lots of waste plastic.
