This railing is very sturdy, and the included hardware was good quality. Installation was very straightforward.

The rails and the brackets are high quality and have a good finish on them. However one of the brackets wasn't drilled properly so I had to file a request and they sent me a completely new additional set with the correct brackets. The instructions do not include how to mount the rails and be included anchors if that's what you call them really aren't usable for most soft wall surfaces. After getting the appropriate anchors from Home Depot I was able to install them securely and they look and provide exactly the support needed over a few steps to enter my house from the garage. I now have two extra rails and one bracket left from the first shipment.

The screws that were sent with the handrail (for countersunk) were not the right screws. I bought new screws with a flat head and the handrail is sturdier and more secure.

This railing is of outstanding quality and strength. My only complaint is the hardware supplied is kind of puny. When I installed my double railing on my front steps, it had solid anchors and bolts. This one has flimsy metal sleeves (for anchors) and look like wood screws. I ended up buying stainless screws and capped them with liquid tape to cover screw heads. I would rather have had lag type screws with hex heads instead of hex screws that tear out as they get tight. They will do the job but it would have been an easier and neater install with slightly different hardware.
