One of these came broken. I had to override the circuit breaker to make it function. I have tried to load a picture but that doesn't work. This really surprised me because your stuff has always been top notch.

The product is fine, pricing not nearly as much of an insentive as it used to be. Shipping is absolutely deplorable! I'm talking, enough to make you think long and hard about throwing vevor to the wolves and paying a few dollars more for a company who actually cares about their product being delivered on time (or at all for that matter) They use the most useless shipping companies who either don't deliver the product, or drop the product at the edge of the road rather than actualy delivering (somewhat close) to the door, or some of your product is delivered, then several days later (once you've spent the time to make a claim- then they tell you to check with your all your neighbors, family, extended family, friends, pets, aunts/uncles, old friends, or perhaps a group of turtels that may have tought about looking at what was supposed to be your delivery.....) they might give a $hit... I mean- it's really, truly bad!

Coupler leaked and now doesn’t work. Works fine on a non-vevor hose. Wheel grinds metal on metal.

I purchased the reel to place in the ceiling of my garage in my new home. I attached the base plate to a ceiling joist in the garage but it appeared to be a bit unstable so I added a couple of 3" screw to the base plate to insure that it would remain attached to the joist. After connecting the reel to the base plate and plugging it in to a 20 amp circuit, it worked for a bit and then triggered the breaker in the breaker box. It continues to do so after a few minutes requiring me to reset the breaker to use the reel. Very frustrating. There must be some sort of electrical fault in the reel as I have checked the 20 amp circuit to confirm that it was working properly. I like the design, but the reel is not working in a manner that gives me confidence.

Dang, the lighted three way plug burned out first time it was used. Wire seems large enough and rtetractable is good, but without lighted cord end you have to test it to make sure you have power

I don't know if there is something wrong with mine or I just don't have the knack for it. I have it mounted to the ceiling of my garage, and it usually takes me a few attempts when pulling it out for it to "lock" in place and not just retract back. When it does retract it also sometimes does not retract the entire way and leaves "extra" hanging out the end.

Stay way from this product, am in the process of sending it back. Since the dry stone was broken I thought I would check out the wet stone, guess what, that's the wrong stone, its too big to fit into the compartment, guess they shipped the wrong stones.............I didnt even report this, because their customer support is a joke with no help what so ever, hence decided to return. STAY AWAY for your own sanity.....for those who already got this machine try the wet stone to make sure it fits / works Am attaching two pictures, the broken dry stone and the one that the compartment wont close with the wet stone as its too big.

I tried to order the 12 awg 80 foot cord reel but recieved the 14 awg 50 foot instead. When I contacted someone about it they said someone would send an email within 24 hours with instructions to return. That was over a month ago and I'm still waiting. VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
