Seems to work great reels back just fine once in a while. You must just pull it all the way out and let it rewind itself so it works like new again.

I really like it the only draw back there is no way to pug in my leaf blower. I have to use another short extension cord

Love the concept however when pulling cord out I have to do it few times for it to lock in place. Rolls up nice! Thinking it might work better as I use it more often

nice product, works almost well. pulling the wire, it take few attempts to lock it, but one it is locked it does not pull the wire back (till you release it). the wire seems to be thin for 12guage wire

It’s a great little reel! It’s made out of all plastic, I would have liked to see some rollers where the cord comes out of the shell maybe, but besides that amazing product!

Have not had this very long, although I am impressed with the build and what appears strong durability. Just have to see how long it lasts over time. I paid more for this compared to other brands. Hope the saying you only get what you pay for is true. The only negative I have and the reason for 4 stars and not 5, is the instructions. Parts given for installation versus the instructions not very clear. Shows diagrams for mounting, shows parts, but one set of parts, screws/bolts (can't) remember) have wall anchors with them. Standard wood screws that come with it have no anchors. So I was not sure which one I was suppose to use. I ended up going to YouTube to research. Vevor had no videos I could locate with a full explanation. Found a video from a private individual that thoroughly explained the unit and how to mount, and what the parts with it are used for. Found out that the parts with anchors is to be used if mounting into concrete or block. Once I found that out, the rest was easy. So for Vevor, make the instructions a little more detailed as to what is to be used for where. If Vevor thinks this is not true, then I must of gotten some printed instructions that were faulty.
