Customer service has been horrible. I reached out because I ordered 2 hoses. One came in, the other said for me to contact vevor. I contacted vevor they said I needed to contact the shipper. I asked them if they could because I didn’t know what to ask the shipping company and I shouldn’t have to. They said they would reach out. They didn’t and not my hose was shipped back to vevor. They refunded me partially I’m still waiting for 17 dollars because they didn’t refund my sales tax or the 3 year warranty that I purchased. All in all this has been a pain from start to finish. I’ve waited days and days to hear back from there 24/7 live chat. I’m not satisfied with the product you’re selling and for the price I could have gone to Lowe’s or Home Depot and bought a brand that wasn’t going to waste my time as a customer. Lesson learned do a little digging online and you’ll see these reviews pop up. Don’t believe all the 5 star hype. The product might be fine but the customer service support is very lacking and not worth all this hassle.

The reel worked just fine but the 100' 1/2 " hose did not provide enough pressure to wash car. Pressure has not been an issue at our house ever. Bought a 65' 5/8" version that works much better but still not as much pressure as a 50' 3/4" garden hose. I guess a 3/4" hose is just too big and heavy for one of these fairly compact reels.

Never buy anything from this company.

Shows delivered to receptionist. Sorry but there is no receptionist at my home... Didn't receive. This is the second hose I've purchased with issues. No issues outside of this item. Seems like a scam

Tras un mes de uso en la que le he utilizado 4 veces contadas, ya no se enrolla en su totalidad , se quedan unos 3 o 4 metros fuera, da igual que quede agua dentro,que que esté vacía , se queda sin enrollar.

L'enrouleur ne fonctionne plus. La première fois je l'ai déroulé sur une petite dizaine de mètres et il n'a plus voulu s'enrouler. J'ai eu besoin de dérouler mon tuyau sur toute sa longueur et maintenant j'ai un tuyau qui ne s'enroule plus. Je ne conseille pas ce produit. La qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous

We bought 2 of these for our church and they are simply not functional for the water pressure needed for this distance. If you don't need any real pressure, these are great They come out and retract great and do not bind up in the return. (might actually retract a little too fast) The post they sit on is plastic and would be better if it were metal

Ik ben helaas helemaal niet tevreden over dit product. De aansluitstukken voor de sproeikop zijn niet volledig compatibel met de slang. Ze passen wel op sommige producten die uit China afkomstig zijn, maar zelfs daarbij komt het regelmatig voor dat de sproeikop vanzelf loskomt van de slang, waardoor het water ongecontroleerd wegstroomt. Daarnaast ontstaat er drukopbouw en zwelling in de slang ter hoogte van de aansluiting wanneer de sproeikop gesloten is. Dit kan er uiteindelijk toe leiden dat de slang op die plaats barst. Een ander probleem dat ik bij andere merken die ik eerder heb gebruikt nog nooit ben tegengekomen, is het mechanische geluid dat ontstaat wanneer er water stroomt. Dit geluid is soms storend, maar heeft in mijn geval ook een onverwacht voordeel gehad. Als de kraan openstaat terwijl de sproeikop gesloten is en de sproeikop en slang van elkaar zijn losgekomen, kan het geluid ervoor zorgen dat je merkt dat het water onnodig wegstroomt. Natuurlijk zou dit helemaal niet mogen gebeuren. Ook wanneer de kraan openstaat, zou er geen water moeten blijven stromen wanneer de sproeikop gesloten is. Tot slot had ik vooral verwacht dat de aansluiting van de sproeikop voorzien zou zijn van een stopfunctie. Beide aansluitstukken zijn echter van het open type en beschikken niet over een stopmechanisme. Dat vind ik een belangrijk nadeel. Qua uiterlijk zou ik het product misschien 5 sterren geven, maar wat betreft gebruiksgemak en functionaliteit vind ik 3 sterren eigenlijk nog te veel.

Bought this in April, right away the nozzle leaked, and 3 mths in and multiple leaks in the hose it self. It is not sturdy by any means, i would not buy again. The nice thing is it puts it self away
