Je suis extrêmement déçu par cette commande. J’avais acheté ce produit parce que j’en avais réellement besoin pendant une période précise. Après plus d’un mois d’attente, le produit n’a finalement jamais été livré : il aurait été perdu ou endommagé pendant le transport. Après toute cette attente, la seule solution proposée a été un remboursement. J’ai demandé qu’un autre produit identique me soit envoyé, mais on m’a répondu qu’il n’était plus disponible et qu’ils ne pouvaient que me rembourser. Le problème n’est pas seulement de récupérer mon argent. J’ai perdu plus d’un mois à attendre un produit dont j’avais besoin, pour finalement me retrouver sans rien et devoir recommencer mes recherches ailleurs. Si j’avais su dès le départ que cela se terminerait ainsi, j’aurais commandé sur un autre site, probablement auprès d’un vendeur capable de proposer une solution réellement adaptée en cas de problème de livraison. Un remboursement après plus d’un mois d’attente ne compense pas le temps perdu ni le désagrément occasionné. Service très décevant. Je ne recommande pas.

Restricts water flow to much to even use a sprinkler

We bought two of these retractable hose reels four months ago. One just broke today. Hopefully they’ll replace the unit. Finally get hard to believe that it his only lasted four months before breaking. I use them about once a week or once every other week, So not very heavy usage. maybe it’s just a one off because all the other reviews were excellent. I’ll change my review once this has been replaced or repaired.

Recently bought this retractable garden hose woth hopes it made my homestead watering requirements easier, but it did not. Doesn't engage retractable pull back from a distance and does not retract fully. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I am emailing and writing reviews for anyone who will listen. I sent in a video and talked with an agent via chat about my hose not retracting and he said I would hear from someone in 2-3 days. After 4-5 I began a series of redundant (same response every time) for 2 weeks and I just received an email that said my problem was solved!!! HELP! Does anyone use a phone at Vevor? Never received my order don’t have yet and it’s be advertised everywhere

Not a good product, hose leaks and I just used it for the first time and it wont rewind back up. unfortunate but will be throwing in the garbage after literally using it one time.
