This is the 4th I have ordered and appears to be an older model. It will not retract unless fully extended. The hose is less quality

My reel hose is 5/8 hose it really needs you to go slow and give it a little help going in. The more you use it the better it seems to get I guess time will tell. Overall it’s workable

I wasn’t happy with this product, first time using it it jumped the reel. With difficulty and time my husband got it fixed. We followed instructions.

Andrew Park 1/2 is horrible
Water pressure is awful at 1/2. I didn't realize it was this much of a difference from 3/4. Awful waste of money

Mounted easy. Never got to use it. Couldn’t get it to return to casing. My money was refunded. I will buy it again when the price comes down to the amount I was refunded.

Simon-Martin Lavoie Beau produit
Bon produit etant donné le prix. Par contre le boyau est trop rigide ce qui rend l’utilisation moin agréable et l’enroulement plus difficile

Reel works fine. Easy to install. Hose is too small. Not enough water flow.

Got one for my wife's garden and green house install it and A week later the end of the house cam off were the sprayer is I reattached it and re crimped not sure how long it will last. Do not trust leaving it on for a long period of time other than that I enjoy the reel part seems to be ok so far but only had for a month .
