My first impression, it's the best invention since sliced bread. That was short lived. We've had it a couple days and it worked great but the first time you spend the entire hose out it made a horrible sound and would never spool back up

David Do not buy this unit vevor will not honor the warranty…
This unit arrived with very low water pressure so I reached out to vevor for help with possible replacement or return for different unit. We only had it for 1 day prior to me contacting them. They would not return item so beware of there unfair return practices . I had planned on buying a lot of other things for my business but I won’t be using VEVOR because they don’t totally stand behind there items even if it’s first time use .
Warning!!! Beware of Vevor unfair return and refund policies before purchasing anything. Because you will be stuck with it…

This company does not honor its warranty or product. All 1000000% garbage from China. Deal with them and suffer the consequences of being screwed over.

This unit has never retracted properly from the day I installed it. I contacted customer service about this and never received a reply. So it would seem this company is the one that once they get your money they don't know who you are.
