The product works fine and do the job but it is too noisy. I would say it makes the same noise as a regular shaker. The noise cover is ok but the motor is too noisy. When you select the modes, in the screen says “Mode 2” for example and it should say “Cleaning”. It is a little detail thay adds quality. If you are buying because you need something quieter than normal, I do not recommend.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my husband last year. Exactly 2 weeks after the warranty expired the blades broke off! It was great while it lasted and we loved the blender but am very upset at the poor quality. If the blades break off while trying to blend frozen fruit you can’t call this “professional “ or “commercial grade “. Very disappointing and frustrating!

After receiving the item, I found out it was plastic, which was completely different from what I expected based on the listing images. What makes this even worse is the seller’s response after I requested a return. Instead of taking responsibility for the misleading listing, they appeared to update the product page afterward and then asked me whether I had carefully read the product details before purchasing. This feels very unfair and unacceptable. Customers should not be blamed when the original listing failed to clearly disclose such an important material detail. If the product is plastic, the seller should clearly state “plastic” in the title, bullet points, and description from the beginning, not rely on customers to guess from pictures. The listing was misleading, the product did not match the impression given by the images, and the after-sales response made the experience even worse. I do not recommend this product or this seller. The listing was unclear, the material was misleading, and the seller’s handling of the return request was very disappointing. This was a frustrating and unsatisfactory buying experience.

The commercial smoothie Blender procured by me was absolutely bad in fucntioning. The smoothie feature doesn't dole the product out as desired. A regular Mixie is doing a better job with making smoothies than this professional Mixie. Very disappointed with my purchase

Commande n° 26010400958415537316 J’ai passé commande chez VEVOR pour plusieurs appareils annoncés comme professionnels. Malheureusement, les produits reçus ne correspondent pas à l’usage ni aux performances décrites sur le site. Malgré la mention clairement affichée « Retours sans tracas sous 30 jours », le service client a refusé un remboursement conforme, et m’a proposé uniquement : • des compensations partielles arbitraires (38 €, puis 81 €), • ou un retour à mes frais, ce qui est contraire à leur promesse commerciale. Après de nombreux échanges, aucune solution équitable n’a été proposée. Le service client répond, mais évite le remboursement réel et pousse à accepter des compensations partielles. Je trouve cette pratique trompeuse par rapport aux engagements affichés sur le site. Expérience très décevante, surtout pour du matériel présenté comme professionnel.
