Good service, good price of good quality. We use the hamburger maker a lot in our little restaurant and sells a lot of homemade burgers.

What a wonderful machine. Recently bought and used to make 400 burger patties for a netball carnival. Easy to use and clean. Previously we have made all the burgers by hand and the papers to separate each patty. This machine gave us a very professional even result in half the time.

not happy with the customer service order turned up without all parts ie 100mm 150 mm adapters my order somehow got mixed up and was supplied wrong order have spent over a week trying to get it sorted out the machine is excellent to use I'm disappointed with the support department for not solving this promptly

After hand pressing my burgers for my restaurant, this machine is a God send. The press is easy to use and so much easier on my shoulders. I can press twice as many burgers and cleaning only takes a minute. Worth penny.

The cooktop Cooks fantastic. It is replaced my everyday pan usage and reduced our oil consumption to about 15% of what we used to use. The heating isn't completely even, and the cooking top is not multi-layered like advertised but it is a fantastic heating surface nonetheless. Concerns I have with the unit, I include the very bad laser welding around the edge of the cooking top. And the electro welding attaching the underside components to the grease tray. Where the electric welding occurred, there are heat fractures that permeate right through and we'll be the point of failure of this unit in the future, leaking flammable oil above an electronic component. I don't foresee this being this year, but it will happen in the future. The laser welding has overlaps and start and stops on straight runs that will also be points of failure in the future, and we're not done in one continual bead over zigzags etc. All in all it's a great unit for the money, it heats fairly fast, although I don't think it would be able to perform well in windy or cold weather outside like a propane would. It is a great indoor unit and my go-to cookware now. Fair warning center temperature is much above thermostat. I'd say about 25 Celsius above, the outside of the unit would be 25 below. So know your hotspots, the hotspot will cool down immediately after putting food on.

Funktioniert sehr gut. Einfache Bedienung. Das Wechseln der Einsätze ist einfach. Es ist alles dabei und kann nach der Reinigung benutzt werden. Die Reinigung nach getaner Arbeit ist etwas Schwieriger.

I have used this press many times to make burgers and what I have found is the following, It's well made and appears to be of good quality. However, the reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was for two reasons, 1, The plunger is held in place with an acorn nut. In order to clean it properly you need to remove the plunger, however they do not supply a wrench which is very inconvenient. I chose to replace the nut with a star knob so I can easily remove the plunger for cleaning. 2, The bottom bowl is also held in place with a large nut. Unfortunately you can't remove the bottom bowl to clean it properly. Other presses allow you to remove the bowl with a wrench that is supplied. It is for those 2 reasons I gave it 4 stars. But aside from that it makes perfect patties.
