Una maquina perfecta para contraer el pecho en la que puedes usar bastante peso, para hombro posterior no va tan fina ,se puede usar pero tienes que separarte del respaldo y mantenerte a pulso porque si te apoyas en el respaldo no te da el recorrido

The VEVOR Incline Chest Fly and Rear Delt Fly Machine is very nice. Slight hiccup possibly during install. It took me so long to get this built, not due to complexity...just life. I'm glad I took the time to put this together, but I might be short 2 washers out of 44 (42 of 44?), but the manual/instruction pics were slightly vague/small. There is a QR scanner I believe to possibly watch a build video, but I didn't refer to it. The last 2 washers I need aren't entirely critical, I think. Anyways, materials are great, this thing feels and looks commercial for the most part. Some metal parts received some dings and scrapes here and there during shipping. The swing arms move smoothly. Range of motion afforded for chest is great. Rear delt RoM is less. Very nice piece of equipment.

buena maquina para pecho, si es verdad que no es apto para hombro posterior como se indica en la descripción

Einfach super 👍👍

I've had the chest fly for about 4 weeks it's a great machine, I get awesome chest pumps!!! There was a small tear in the lower seat pad and they offered me 119.00 refund without any hassle. Vevor is Great!!!
