Je suis très déçue par la qualité de ma presse à casquettes. Le revêtement thermique noir de la partie chauffante est déjà abîmé après avoir utilisé la machine pour seulement 50 casquettes. Ce problème de qualité aurait pu être acceptable si le service client avait été réactif et efficace, mais malheureusement, ce n'était pas le cas.

The press does what is supposed to do, but without buying extra items to protect your products it will ruin them..
To make sure structured hat you will need to buy heat press pillows or some type of high density foam to protect the shape.
Also they should ship with a piece of Teflon or Foam to protect the face of the hat and the patch/transfer but you will also need to buy that separately. I probably would've bought another press I found after I purchased this one which is about the same price and the lower platens are a lot nicer and shaped like the inside of an actual hat..
