I was hoping this would be a really good addition to my tools but I am not very impressed. There are a few little things about this that frustrates me. One is that it leaves a crease every time you press it down across the top of the hat. It’s from the shape of the support pad underneath the hat. The support pad that you place the hat on always comes unscrewed too causing it moves or falls off. Short of putting lock tight I can’t get it to stay on. I guess all in all for the price you pay it’s not bad. It heats very well and does a great job sealing the patches.

The press seems to be built great. I have not had an issue playing the hats or using the settings. I bought this a little over a year ago and pressed around 15 hats. I had a sudden medical issue that caused me to stop sublimating for a year. Since back to pressing in June, I have pressed around 30 hats. No issues until last night. I have not changed the heat settings or pressure and it burned 3 hats. I used clear heat tape and put white butcher paper over the patch and image. Burn marks around edges and top of the front of hat. I lowered the temp and press time and burned again. From other reviews I have read, the heat mechanism goes bad in these presses. It isn’t worth me paying for a repair since the cost of the press isn’t bad. Very disappointed that I got about 1 full year out of and only 50 hats.

We opened the box and were anxious to start using it. after using it the 1st time we noticed the new hat had black marks on it, which came from the top platen. The paint was coming off! We have reached out for a new top platen to rectify but have since recived a platen meant for another machine. I have requested again to get the correct part. Will see how that goes

I received the hat press and was excited. When opened up the box we did not receive the 3 extra plattens it was supposed to come with. Chatted with vevo and said I would hear something in 24 to 48 hours. Tried to press my first hat and found the spring that holds the cap in place is a challenge to work with. I had hard time getting a smooth flat surface to press. It may have been better if I had th4 option to try a different size platten. I need to spend more time and practice but right now I find the press a little challenging

Works for a bit then the heat freaks out and either melts the hat or cools down so low it work set the patch.

Trash, waste of money don’t buy it as you’ll not be able to get a refund for its performance. DO NO WASTE YOU MONEY

I bought this heat press in 2023 and used it only 3–4 times before it broke down. The thermostat is defective and now the machine overheats to maximum every time I turn it on. Since the warranty has expired, I understand I cannot request a replacement, but I must say I am very disappointed with the product quality. I run a small business focused mainly on t-shirts (sometimes hats too), and I expected the press to last much longer. This experience has unfortunately left me dissatisfied and cautious about purchasing your products again. If there is any way you could offer support, replacement parts, or a discount for a reliable upgrade, I would appreciate it. Best regards,

This hat press has a lot of issues. The platten will not stay on, you can make the set bolt as tight as possible and it still slides off. It will leave creases in your hats and it is definitely not compatible with rubber/pvc patches. Even though they advertise free returns, they will refuse to process a return. I’ve purchased many items from vevor but I will no longer be doing business with this company based on the very poor customer service.
