Tried using to distill water, I feel the coils are to small for the the size of this. Went through a lot of ice. Going to use this to brew beer as it is electric with good temp control and I think I can ferment in the same pot. Cheaper than one dedicated for beer.

A well made quality product. The finish and overall appearance is very good. We'll have to see how it performs over time and how long it lasts.

The item was in a good condition and worked perfect, but the instructions didn't help at all!!!
I would suggest to buy the proper water pump.
4 stars for the instructions..
