Je déconseille très fortement d'acheter ce distributeur de boisson qui se veut et se vente d'etre une sorte de thermos. Alors pas du tout. Vous allez voir la photo ci-joint au niveau du couvercle il y a aucune couche d'isolation ce qui fait lorsqu'on met de l'eau chaude dedans. Ça tient maximum trois heures au chaud grand maximum. Ce qui m'a valu de faire déguster des infusions chaudes qui se sont transformés en infusion froides. De base j'étais un grand fan du site Internet, là je suis énormément déçu par le Produit. Je suis rendu au point où je suis obligé de mettre de la mousse expansive pour améliorer l'isolation qui est plus que douteuse.

I purchased it for a bus trip, I was adding hot water to it 12 hours before going I was maintaining temperatures of around 85 deg C and after and hour or two the temperature was in the low 70's, ..I purchase the unit as it said it kept water hot for 24 hours I kept the water hot in the unit for 12 hours, eveyrtime I boild the jug for a cup of coffee I was adding the remaining water into the unit so the unit should have been conditioned up to temperature by the time we went on the bus trip but it was a fail, ...but I believe it might make an acceptable cooler for in the yard on hot days

Whatever I try, I can't stop it from leaking around the top seal. I'm using the dispenser for hot coffee, taking it about 3 miles away, and it leaks on bumps, when going down the driveway, at stoplights, and when carrying it. I get that the vent would leak, but with a big seal around the lid, it shouldn't leak there. If you don't have to move it far, it's great, but not good for traveling.

Very disappointed: Received this dispenser just before our camping trip. Washed it and the spigot, as per instructions. Replaced the spigot with washers and tightened. It drips one drop/5 seconds despite tightening to the maximum. This has become, therefore, a useless product with expensive postage to return. Other reviews confirm that the company is unreliable with returns. How unfortunate for all.
