Living in the north on well water the unit only heats shower luke warm. Im not impressed. Have requested refund and am going to try the 18kw. Living on a 100amp panel i just wont be able to run the dryer at the same time.

NOT APPROVED By ESA after installing the unit the inspector did not pass it the was no Canadian safety stamp on it. So I had to uninstall it and cannot use it

I brought this water heater and spent $ 1000 .00 dollares to have it hooked up and it doesnt make any hot water at all the water heater is completely useless ! And now ther giveing me run arounds and trying not to give me a refund !

Not good for motel. I was thinking to put individual room install tankless heater but vevor gave few minutes hot water and after cold ...waste , after purchase service also not good . I prefer titan .

Unfortunate that Vevor has such poor listings, descriptions, and customer service when it comes to returns. Their hassle free return policy is anything but. The sizing for the heaters is very misleading and as a result we ended up getting a heater that was not adequately sized for our needs. I had to purchase a larger one and it got to us and I packaged the one that was too small and had it ready to be (hassle free returned). I was exactly 30 days on the return because of the extra time on the shipping to get it to us it ate into the time we had to figure out that it was too small they refused to refund us. And they could easily see that we ordered a new larger one from Vevor, but they still would not honor their return policy. I am enclosing a picture of the two heaters side by side that prove we bought both from Vevor and you can easily see that the smaller one would obviously not be enough for the job but we could not know that until we actually got it and by then we did not have enough time to have it replaced by the correct sized one and return the first one.

Water heater lasted 2 weeks after installation. Then this company doesn’t want to do a return. And there in no phone number to contact them. And they take days to message back and don’t ever say what they will do for warranty.

The product seemed to be good, but it was not compatible with the plumbing in my house. I requested to make a return for a refund. The company does not accept returns or issue full refunds. The product was $169. They offered a refund of $49.00. Fortunately, we have a Habitat for Humanity ReStore nearby: hopefully they can pass it on to someone who can use it. I won't purchase from this company again.

Do not buy this product because it is not going to heat your shower. The only thing that this we'll do, we'll probably heat up enough water to wash your hands.

I had this unit professionally installed and if you can see it overheated and almost burned my house down and I'm having such a hard time getting any kind of response from the technical department

J'ai acheté il y a 10 mois. L'unité a fonctionner au début. Maintenant après 10 mois il ne fonctionne plus et Vevor n'offre aucun service. J'ai ouvert un ticket et personne d'autre que IA répond. Sa fait une semaine qu'on me dit que sa va prendre 1 a 2 jour. L'expérience client avec Vevor est très mauvaise.
