igofastz1000 27kw WH
Put it in my new construction home. Easily plumbed water and wires in wall. It does take 6 spots in your breaker box. If its b m very far from. Breaker box it could get expensive. Most 40 gallon electric water heaters use 1 10-2 . My 27kw required 3 runs of 8-2. Seems to work fine dont know if it is really saving any money it pulls alot of power when working. Hope it last most regular wh last 12-15 years

baseball_mwise13 Shop bathroom
Installed for hot water for my shop bathroom. Only downfall is I had to choke the water flow back cause the heather couldn’t keep up with it if valve was fully opened. Other than that it works great and it’s nice to be able to wash my hands with warm/hot water!

daydrmsam Works well for one small sink
So far so good! Fairly easy installation and it works well for its intended purpose. We bought it for one small sink and it does a great job providing as much water as is needed. We are happy with it!

floridain05 Consult with a Plumber First!
Consult with a plumber first and use discretion when considering such a unit as this. I'm referring to the environment you're in and the type of home it is to be used in. This size of unit is undersized for providing hot water at a reasonable rate for an entire manufactured home, single wide, that it's in a region of the United States that is subjected to temperatures of 0° to -20°.
Ideally, as a point of use water heater, it is more than adequate. For this reason I say, go for it!
