Works great. My wife thought I was crazy when I bought this but after the first time I used it now she asks me to get it out and slice things.

Customer support is a bit aggravating. 10/27/25 I ordered the Vevor Commercial meat cutting machine. It came with the 3.5mm blades. I have used it a lot and absolutely love it. 11/1/2025 I ordered the 7mm blades to go with the meat cutter to do thicker slices. 11/23/2025 I used it for the first time. I cleaned and washed boneless skinless chicken thighs to cut and use for a stir fry. Turned on the machine and dropped the first thigh in and it cut about one inch into the thigh and the blades stopped rotating. The machine was working as it should. Spindles still turning but the blades stopped completely. I notified customer support and explained to the issues. I supplied a video as requested. In the video it clearly shows the issues. I put the 3.5mm blades back on to finish cutting up the thighs and had no issues at all. As I explained to customer support there was nothing wrong with the machine it was just the 7mm blades. Here is the reply I received Nov/26/2025...and it reads.. (Our technical department reviewed the video and concluded that there was no quality issue with the machine. Do you have any other videos? Or could you explain what problem you encountered? Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance or for any future questions. We are always at your side to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration.) I already explained to them it was not the machine that it is just the blades stop turning. The video clearly shows what happens. I love the performance of the machine using the 3.5 mm blades I ordered the 7mm and on the waiting list for the 5mm to be restocked. I am rethinking my decision on the 5mm since I am having such an issue with customer support team on the faulty 7mm. This process should not be so difficult.

Does the job, easy to clean...just a bit heavy and the only thing you have to worry about is making sure you don't cut yourself on the extremely sharp blades when you're cleaning it

Works wonderful. Harder to clean and easy to rust. But works wonderful

Great Product, cuts well. Plan to order the other size blades to use also.
