working great but need to add more instruction in the manual. I have to fix it out how to install and how to use the instruction provide so short.

Absolutely love this slicer! Its cut is accurate and perfect every time. We use it for everything. I would highly recommend this product to anyone for restaurant use, or home use. It is easy to use and clean.

It works well but the machine gets stuck with some stuff for example if the paprika is a bit thick or the meat is not sliced thin.

Fonctionne tresss bien , la decoupe est facile. Faut attendre que la viande soit plus froide que chaude . Je n ai trouve qu un seul inconvenient , il est difficile de nettoyer les couteaux , je me suis acheter un petit souffleur et avec ca ! C est parfait

Machine works great, fast and perfect slices every time

Seems to work well. machine has ton of power I had issues with the blades stopping while running. It turns out the blades are held in there just by compression, nothing physically connected to the shaft turning the blades. To fix this issue you need to tighten the nut on the assembly. This can be complicated by the opposite side is round with a notch. I am making a custom tool to hold the round side, but you can set it up with a flathead screwdriver. Just be very careful, the blades are extremely shart. I also wish there was a storage box for these from factory. I ended up 3D printing a custom storage box for these.

Love the machine. Please have 2mm blade for this machine or a new machine comes with 2mm blade.

The machine cuts well, and I can process several pounds of chicken quickly. But it's a pain to clean and the plastic blade shield is flimsy and will most likely break over time. Also the shield isn't remova making it only washable by sponge and towel.

I got the machine in 2 days. Tested it and it works well. Very satisfied. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because there is one thing that I would hope that there will be more blade sizes available to buy separate for this machine because my restaurant required a 2mm, 3.5mm, and a 8mm. Overall this machine is good.
