I am very happy with the quality of this meat slicer, have used it a couple times it seems to work great.

Our old small meat slicer stopped working correctly so we bought this nice big 10" from Vevor. We like to make our own jerky fairly often. This slicer works great! Cut the meat thinly with ease, is fast and very quiet too. Price is excellent for the type of slicer. We are very happy with our purchase.

In sostanza sono molto contento dell'affetatrice. Ciò di cui mi devo lamentare è il selettore rotativo che regola lo spessore dei dischi, che è molto difficile da regolare.

Very good value, good slicing power and overall real good unit. Would be nice if a cushion spring was included on the end of the forward travel of the carriage but not a big deal. Good fit and finish. Real happy, beat the "H" out of the kitchen slicers sold around the country!

I'm reviewing the 12" meat slicer. I paid roughly $600CAD for this slicer and any comparable slicers would be easily 2-3x the cost. Very heavy duty, solid construction, my dad who's a 40 year restaurant veteran is shocked by how quality it seems. I have a feeling this thing will last my lifetime. Not sure how the other brands will be able to compete with Vevor. This place is a cheat code. I also own the 1.5hp meat grinder and that thing is a beast too..

Have not used the slicer yet, but came up with an issue between the advertisement and the instruction manual. Images below. Ad says can cut frozen food. Instructions say don’t in two places. Frozen meat was a reason I purchased, to save time. Cut, vacuum pack and store. Apparently I need to thaw first. Please watch your adverts. Keeping for still well built for the price

2 choses négatives à relever : Notice uniquement en anglais. beurk le réglage de la coupe est déréglé. Je ne sais pas comment cela à pu se passer. Après avoir reçu la machine je l'ai actionné, il était nickel. Le ZERO alignait la lame et le plateau de coupe. J'ai démonté le plateau de coupe pour le laver. Au remontage je dois mettre la graduation sur 2 pour couper. Entre ZERO et 2 cela ne coupe pas. Je fais du pain maison, il est un peu écraser lorsqu'on le tranche. Mais bon, je pense que cela vient de la consistance du pain. Par contre, facilité de coupe parfaite. Je ne regrette pas mon achat. J'ai fait de la chiffonnade. Impécable.
